What would happen if the rateable value of my business rose above that of the allowed amount? Would my relief continue until the end of the financial year or would it terminate when the condition is broken?

The relief would be terminated as soon as the condition is broken. If your rateable value goes above the allowed limit your relief will be stopped immediately.
